A plan of Acre designed to illustrate the presence of the Knights Hospitaller (or the Knights of St John of Jerusalem) in the city before their expulsion from the Holy Land in 1291. It is based on Pietro Vesconte's manuscript plan of c.1320 and shows the defences and important buildings like a bird's-eye view, with a 35-point key. The map was engraved by Doullier for Anne de Nabarat's French translation of Giacamo Bosio's 'History of the Sacred Religion and Illustrious Militia of St John of Jerusalem'.
