A separately published plan of Torino orientated with north to the top right, with extensive keys in the bottom corners, engraved by A.M. Stagnon. It shows the city during the Napoleonic Wars, probably just before the annexation of Piedmont by France.
Carlo Randoni (1755-1831) was an architect who, having made his name restoring the places of Piedmont, was put in charge of urban planning in Torino under the Napoleonic regime.
