Sheet two from Cassini's uncommon six-sheet map of the United States, showing New England, Nova Scotia and the Gulf of the St Lawrence.
Cassini's tried to make his 'Nuovo Atlante Geografico Universale' a luxury item at a time other publishers were producing cheaper atlases for the new literate middle classes. Thus it sold badly, making Cassini's maps uncommon.
