A monumental map of the course of the Danube, decorated with a title cartouche featuring medallion portraits of the rulers of the countries. Around the sides are prospect of towns in the region. This separate-issue map was published during the war between the Royal Roman Empire and the Ottomans, in which the Danube was a major frontier.
