A very fine example.

A cordiforum (heart-shaped) world map after Waldseemüller, cut by Heinrich Vogtherr the Elder for Honter's 'Rudimenta Cosmographica', but widely used by other publishers. On the back are two more woodcuts: a globe set in text and half of Honter's map of Iberia.
