A celestial map of the sky from the the North Pole to 40º south, with the stars perforated and backed with coloured paper so they glow when the map is held up to the light. The holes are different shapes, sizes and colours.
This map was published to as a companion to a series of perforated constellation cards, similar to Samuel Leigh's 'Urania's Mirror' of 1825.
