A very detailed map of London, extending East to West from The Isle of Dogs to Brompton and North to South from Pentonville to Kennington. With a 300 point key identifying various prominent streets and an inset plan of the Fleet prison and vicinity. The title in a decorative depicting Father Thames with a view behind of the London skyline.
For this edition a new inset of the 'Rules of Fleet Prison' has been added top left. On the map development of the area around Russell and Tavistock Squares has started.
