View of London taken from the top of Greenwich Park, a fashionable area at that time, as is shown by the elegantly dressed figures in the foreground. In the distance, on the opposite side of the River Thames, can be seen St Paul's Cathedral.

The view was originally produced for Walter Harrison's "A New and Universal History, Description and Survey of the Cities of London and Westminster".
