This is once side of a folding pamphlet designed to inform the reader as to the growing importance of air power in the war being fought at the time, and consequently, of the importance of the metal crucial to the construction of aircraft, aluminium. The map is bordered by the insignia of the world's air forces and the verso displays a wealth of information including guides to American military insignia and identification for both Allied and Axis aircraft. Photos show how aluminium is made and the kinds of aluminium products used to make an aircraft.
