A map of South America From 'Tindal's Continuation of Mr Rapin's History',
with a decorative title cartouche. Although some areas are quite detailed, others are still inaccurate: Raleigh's 'Prime Lake' and William Ambrose Cowley's phantom 'Pepys Island' are marked; the Falklands are shown as two massed divided by Falkland Sound and South Georgia is named 'Roche'; and the Galapagos Islands are also delineated according to Cowley.
