A map of the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem, established by the Crusaders in 1099. When they had to abandon Jerusalem in 1187 the Patriarch moved to Acre and then to Cyprus on 1291.
The map was published in Nicolas Sanson's 'Geographia Sacra ex Veteri et Novo Testamento Desumta'. The elaborate title cartouche is signed by Hendrik Elandt.
