Binding folds flattened with repairs to splits.
A large and beautifully produced map of Kent, derived from Philip Symonson's map of 1598, but with corrections and the addition of the major roads. Engraved by Samuel Parker for John Harris's History of Kent, the map is decorated with a border containing 118 armorials andf an inset view of Dover in the bottom right corner. Bottom left are tables of Lathes, Cities, Ports and Franchises.
