Paper lightly toned.
A map of North West Africa, set in text, originally published in Honter's 'De Cosmographiae Rudimentis' in 1561, but this example was issued in Sebastian Munster's 'Cosmographia'. On the reverse is a map of Madeira and an image of a volcano underneath.
